The following steps will guide you on how to query your pending transactions;
Step 1: Log in to your account on the SSCE INT online app.
Step 2: Click on Transactions on the sidebar or click on My Transactions button on the dashboard.
Step 3: Search for the transaction you wish to query by its RRR number, Payment Reference, and Email address.
Step 4: Click on the three dots button beside the selected transaction and from the dropdown list select Check Status
Step 5: Your payment/transaction status will be displayed just like in the image below.
Step 6: If the transaction status is blank please select the transaction by clicking in this box.
Step 6: Click on Check selected status on the right-hand side of your screen, just as you do for a bulk query. That way you can be able to query the transaction.
