If you made a payment using Bank Branch and you weren't given a token after the transaction, or you made any type of payment at all, use the following steps to know what to do in those cases and retry the payment. You can also view all your previously transaction to keep track of all payments:

Visit the NECO Result page and log in to your account www.result.neco.gov.ng
- Step 2
On your dashboard, click on the TRANSACTIONS button or on the side menu.
- Step 3
All previous transactions will be listed out.
- Step 4
Click on the CHECK STATUS button
- Step 5
Payment status will be loaded, Click RETRY to attempt the Transaction again.
- Step 6
Once payment is confirmed, transaction will be approved, you can view your tokens in MY TOKENS.
