    WHY ITS HARD TO REPRINT CANDIDATES PHOTO CARD. PLEASE THERE IS PARTICULAR CANDIDATE THAT WAS BEEN REGISTERED BUT UP TILL NOW WE CANT PRINTOUT HIS PHOTO CARD. PLEASE HOW CAN THIS ISSUE BE RESOLVE.

    I registered 16 candidates but when I checked no candidates registered online it was showing only 8 meanwhile unused token page that was supposed to house active toke is is housing both active tokens and some linked tokens. Pls what do I do?
    NECO should work on their support services. It's far below international best practices.

    i paid for 13 candidates registrations PINS and Four Figure table  with the following breakbown

    RRR NO: 340344901204

    Payment Reference: 31239991933

    DEBT: 131, 543.67

    it was not successful and no PIN was generated and i  has been debted for the transaction today 26/10/2019

    pls i need the PINs the students are on my neck..

    Click on transaction, click on check status, click on retry like 3 times, then go back to tokens , it will show up if your transaction is successful
