Delay in processing transactions can be very frustrating, as this will stall your candidates' registration process.


If you made a payment and your quota has not been generated yet, this could be as a result of a pending or hanging transaction. What you need to do is to query your transaction by following the steps below:


1. Login in to your NCEE account. On your dashboard, click on transactions.

2. After clicking on transactions, it brings you to the list of transactions made.tran.PNG


3. On the search box of the transaction listing page, type in your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number and click on the "search" icon. This brings up your payment details, ranging from your date of transaction, payment reference, RRR, quota amount and status.

3. At the end of the above listed, click on "check status". It brings up the payment status of your transaction. If the transaction is showing "pending", click on "retry"; it refreshes the page and shows "approve"

If after clicking on retry severally and it's still showing "pending", kindly exercise patience, as the transaction will eventually go through after a while.
