The following steps will guide you on how to query your pending transactions;

 Step 1: Click the TRANSACTIONS button on your dashboard or on the sidebar.


Step 2: Search for a transaction by inputting the Reference Number or Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) on the search box.


  • You can filter your search by clicking on the Filter by button.

Step 3: Click on the Check Status button under ACTIONS to requery or check the status of any pending or failed transactions.


Step 4: Your payment/transaction status will be displayed just like in the image below.

NOTE: If after querying a successful transaction severally and it is still pending, kindly contact our support agents for further assistance.
