The following steps will guide you on how to query your pending transactions:


 

Step 1: Log in to your account on the SSCE INT online app.


Step 2: Click on Transactions on the sidebar or click on the My Transactions button on the dashboard.



 Step 3: Search for the transaction you wish to query by its RRR number, Payment Reference, and Email address.



 Step 4: Click on the three dots button beside the selected transaction and from the dropdown list select Check Status


 

Step 5: Your payment/transaction status will be displayed just like in the image below.



 Step 6: If you made a payment at the bank, click on the "made payment at the bank? Verify here" button to check the status of the transaction


  NOTE: If after querying the transaction severally and it is still "pending", kindly contact our support agents for further assistance.
